Dr Dickson Ebikabowei Omukoro is a lawyer with interest in petroleum and environmental matters. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree (LL. B (Hons)) from the Niger Delta University, Nigeria and a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) – in Oil and Gas Law (with distinction) from the University of Aberdeen. He also holds a Ph.D. degree from the same University.
Dr Omukoro is an associate member of the Centre for Energy Law, University of Aberdeen.
